Please note that the contract is Daily, but move-out is only possible either the 15 or the end of the month. Rooms are fully furnished and equipped, this includes a bed with a slatted frame, mattress, desk and desk chair, duvet, pillow, wardrobe, curtains, ceiling lamp, kitchen supplies pots, pans, knives, forks, spoons, cutting board. All costs included also Internet - the Rundfunkbeitrag TV and radio tax has to be paid by you. Subletting is not possible. Minimum stay is 3 months. All rooms are meant for 1 person only. no exceptions No animals are allowed. All tenants have to sign a rental contract a landlords confirmation is then provided for your official registration in Berlin - Anmeldung. Your flatmates will be young professionals, students, or interns between the age of 18 and 38. In the apartment, we try to ensure a friendly atmosphere, where like-minded people can have peaceful cohabitation.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
