For your regular run or a cozy family walk on Sundays, the English garden is just 15min away (by bus). Top supermarkets like Rewe are around the corner; many diverse restaurants, cafés, bakeries and parks in the area. The Arabella Park that is quite popular among locals is just 300m away. Der Balkon ist sonnig, wie die ganze Wohnung und nach Westen ausgerichtet, so dass man abends noch lange die Sonne genießen kann.
Im 12. Stock befinden sich Münzwaschmaschinen und Trockner.
Vorhanden sind Multifunktionsdrucker/-scanner/-fax/-kopierer, eigener LAN- und WLAN-Anschluss (Pyur), des Weiteren Handtücher, Bettwäsche und eine komplett ausgestattete Kochnische mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Mikrowellenherd (Backen+Grillen), Besteck, Kühlschrank usw.
Das Bett lässt sich tagsüber einklappen und befindet sich integriert im Sofa (kein Schlafsofa, sondern eigene Hartschaum-Matratze, die ins Sofa klappt!).
Ohne das Haus zu verlassen, kann man mit dem Lift ins Einkaufszentrum fahren und mit dem vollen Einkaufskorb barrierefrei in die Wohnung. Im Untergeschoss des Einkaufszentrums befinden sich der U-Bahnhof.
Ein Kellerabteil kann gemeinsam mit dem Vermieter genutzt werden (z.B. für leere Koffer, Kisten, Balkonmöbel etc.)
