If necessary, you will also get support with administrative matters in Germany (Anmeldung, etc). This beautiful room is pleasantly bright and very tastefully furnished. On the floor plan, you can find it as 'Room C'. The room furniture includes a comfortable queen-size bed, optional bed covers, a bedside table with a lamp, a large cupboard with four drawers and lots of space for storage, a shelf, a big dresser for all your clothes, a desk with a modern chair and desk lamp, an armchair, a large column lamp to calmly relax in the evening, a jacket hanger as well as a large wall mirror. The room also features high-speed internet access and a heater. You can lock and unlock your room with a security key. The apartment consists of a hallway, a bathroom with shower and a large separate communal kitchen as a residents' meeting point and for fun nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a separate freezer, ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher and a washing machine with dryer, as well as an iron and an ironing board, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and a watercooker. All necessary dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking accessories are available. The bathroom has a big shower cabin with a regular shower head and comfortable rainfall shower, a toilet, a sink with a soap dispenser and compartments with personal space to stow away your private bathroom articles. Inside the shower cabin there are some more compartments for personal bathroom items. The apartment is also securely equipped with bandages, smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. On the ground floor inside the house, there is a multi-award winning Italian restaurant (highly recommended!). A supermarket is right across the street. In the immediate vicinity are all the shops for your everyday needs: doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, clubs, clothing stores and the sprawling Cologne Stadtgarten park. The Cologne Cathedral and central station as well as the central pedestrian area on Neumarkt are just two metro stops away. All Cologne universities and business schools can be reached in only 10-15 minutes. For getting around, you have perfect connections: From the apartment, within two walking minutes you can comfortably reach the Cologne metro station 'Friesenplatz' with connection to five metro lines as well as the regional train station Cologne-West with stop of the trains to Bonn, Leverkusen, Wuppertal, Koblenz, Mainz, Trier and much more. Please note: If two people rent this toom together, then the monthly rent will increse by 195€ monthly to cover the additional utilities.
