CARACTERÍSTICAS GENERALES DE LA VIVIENDA
El piso se ubica en una 1a planta, pero el edificio dispone de ascensor. Es muy espacioso, y alberga 4 habitaciones individuales (2 con cama de 90cm, 1 con cama de 135cm y otra con cama de 150cm) y dos baños. Una de las habitaciones tiene baño privado, que usará exclusivamente el estudiante que la ocupe, mientras que el otro baño será compartido entre las tres habitaciones restantes. Por otro lado, también tiene calefacción central y aire acondicionado. El salón principal es muy amplio, con un mobiliario moderno adquirido en Ikea y con balcón/terraza exterior. La cocina está totalmente equipada: tiene horno, frigorífico, lavavajillas, microondas, un cuarto para la lavadora y un patio de luz. A tan solo 8 minutos caminando de la Estación de Trenes con conexión al Campus de Rabanales; a unos 4 minutos a pie de la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras; alrededor de 25 minutos de la Facultad de Derecho; 10 minutos hasta el centro de la ciudad, y a 50 metros de las principales paradas de autobuses.
La vivienda se encuentra en Ciudad Jardín, el barrio más popular y con la atmósfera más internacional de la ciudad, muy valorado entre los Erasmus, tanto internacionales como españoles. La ubicación del barrio lo hace ideal para los estudiantes ya que está muy cerca de las estaciones, tanto de tren como de autobús, por lo que resulta muy cómodo para los estudiantes que tienen que tomar un tren diariamente para ir a Rabanales o para aquellos que viajen a menudo.
