The apartment (without lift - 49 steps) is located on the second floor of an ancient building dating back to the 14th century, well restored, in via delle Seggiole in the heart of Florence, in the Santa Croce area.
Elegant apartment (70 sq.mt / 753 sq.ft) with 1 bedroom that can sleep up to 3 people and has 1 bathroom. The whole apartment has been recently renovated, with close attention to details and it is now equipped with air conditioning and internet. The rooms are well spread out on two levels. On the first floor there is a spacious living room that invites the guests to feel at home, relaxing on the pull out couch or perhaps enjoying a sit down dinner at the large table that makes up the dining area. The small yet fully equipped kitchen has a traditional oven, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee maker.
There is a unique spiral staircase that dates back to the 14th century that allows access to the second floor where there is the bedroom, with a double bed (160cm), closet, television, and chairs. Finally, in this same bedroom there is a bathroom decorated with pearl colored mosaics on the walls with a large shower.

Appartamento appena ristrutturato (100 mq) con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi di doccia in stile contemporaneo ed antico può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Appena entrati ci si trova di fronte alla prima camera da letto con letti singoli (accoppiabili - larghezza materasso 90cm) dove si trova anche una TV a schermo piatto. Connessa a questa camera, così come al corridoio che parte dall'ingresso, si trova il salotto con divano e TV che è connesso alla cucina ben attrezzata con piastra ad induzione. Il corridoio conduce poi alla seconda camera da letto con letti singoli (accoppiabili - larghezza materasso 90cm) e successivamente alla terza camera con letto matrimoniale (non divisibile - larghezza 160cm). Newly renovated apartment (100 sqm / 1076 sq.ft) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers that can sleep up to 6 guests. Upon entering the apartment you will find the first bedroom with twin beds (joinable - mattress width 90cm) where there is also a flat screen TV. Connected to this room, as well as via the hallway from the entrance, there is the living room with sofa and TV that is connected to the well equipped kitchen with induction burners. The corridor then leads to the second bedroom with twin beds (joinable - mattress width 90cm) and then the third bedroom with double bed (not splittable - width 160cm). At the end of the corridor you will find the two bathrooms both with shower. In the larger bathroom there is a washing machine that is also a dryer.
