- Check-in: Monday to Sunday until 8:00 p.m.

🔊 RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the flat clean. If the flat is too dirty there is an extra charge: 10€/hour/person.
- If the check-in and administration process takes longer than 1h there will be an extra cost: 30€/hour
- Rental periods: September to January or February to June.
- The rent must be paid between days 10 and 15 of the previous months. Never later.
- The deposit must be paid before moving in and it will be returned if the flat is left in the same condition as received. The deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant
- Parties are not allowed in the flat.
- Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00
- Smoking is not allowed
- Pets or animals are not allowed
Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.
The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
"Studio for rent in the Artillery Barracks, located on Cartagena street. This bright and cozy studio is located on the fourth floor and has a balcony from where you can enjoy beautiful views of a garden and the river. On the balcony, you will find a table and chairs to relax outdoors.
The interior space of the studio is unique and is divided into different zones. The open plan kitchen is equipped with appliances, cabinets and a bar. In the living area, you will find a comfortable sofa and coffee table. The sleeping area has a double bed and a trundle for storage, as well as a closet for your belongings.
The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub. In addition, you will find a vanity unit with large storage capacity. This studio is ideal for both singles and couples.
The owner requires a one-month deposit and is responsible for the community payment. Electricity, water, Wi-Fi and monthly cleaning supplies are included in a monthly fee of 120 Euros.
The studio will be available from January 1, 2024, but you can visit it during the month of December.
