This is a beautiful, modern 2-bedroom apartment with terrace perfectly located in the Sechshaus district of Vienna. The apartment is wonderfully located, with the nearest Metro station (Meidling Hauptstrabe) just 2 minutes away by foot, connecting you all parts of city life. There are also many bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance, with your nearest supermarket just 2 minutes away by foot.

Dieses gemütlich eingerichtete Apartment besteht aus einem Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie zwei Schlafzimmern mit je einem Doppelbett plus ein Einzelbett. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Backrohr, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und einer Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck sind vorhanden. WC und Badezimmer sind separat zugänglich, des weiteren gibt es eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt.
Vom Balkon blickt man in den ruhigen Innenhof.
Das Gebäude selbst wurde 1870 errichtet und befindet sich in der Herminengasse in einer Sackgasse direkt beim Donaukanal (Grünerholungsgebiet). In unmittelbarer Nähe sind die U-Bahnstation Schottenring, U2, U4 gelegen, und in nur wenigen Gehminuten kann der 1. Bezirk erreich werden. Das Apartment, sowie das Gebäude selbst wurden in den letzten Jahren frisch renoviert.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a queen-size double bed, a smaller bedroom with a single bed, a living room with a pull-out bed (double or single configuration; can be used as sofa), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
From the entrance area and from the living room, you can reach a small private terrace with seating-accomodation.
The next tram stop is only 250 meters away. Altogether, you need about 15 minutes to the famous Ringstraße in the historic center of the city.

With a space of 50 square meters, the stylish and lovingly decorated apartment offers space for up to 4 guests, in a comfortable double bed in the bedroom and pull-out sofa in the living room. The fully-equipped kitchen, which, together with the dining table is part of the living area, enables you to enjoy a home-cooked meal before or after a day of adventures and exploring the city. The modern bathroom is further equipped with a bath. The cosy living room area is sun-flooded thanks to large windows, while the adjoining balcony offers a great view onto the neighbourhood – the perfect spot for your morning coffee! Wifi is available and provided free of charge through out the apartment. Airport shuttle can be arranged upon request.
The apartment is located in Kaiserstraße, less than five minutes walking distance from the Mariahilfer Straße. The two metro stations Burggasse-Stadthalle and Westbahnhof are both around the corner, connecting you to the lines U3 and U6. The tram line 5 passes right in front of the apartment, the station is called Stollgasse. The city centre is only 20 minutes away on foot, or less than 10 minutes by U3. All the main sights are easily accessible on foot or by public transportation, and the apartment makes a lovely starting point to experience Vienna city and one of its liveliest and most eclectic neighbourhoods.
