-Payment of the followings months: to the bank account of the landlord by the 8 of each month, not to HousingAnywhere
-Type of contract: monthly. Evey month started is due. E.g. if you move in 17/02 and move out 24/08, you will have to pay the full months of February and the full month of August
-Minimum rental period: 6 months, then 3 months notice to cancel your contract (if you cancel before you won't be reimburse)

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment has a micro-wave oven, minibar, two-burner ceramic cooktop, hair dryer, cable TV, free Wi-F and iron. The whole apartment has a wooden floor. There is a reception at the ground floor and an elevator is available.
This apartment is conveniently located for public transport, it is only 250m away from Maelbeek metro and bus station. The apartment is located at a 10 minute walk from the European Parliament and the European Commission. It is a 10 minute walk to go to Brussels park. Many supermarkets and restaurants are located within 500 meters.
All utilities are included in the monthly rental price.

This building houses studios and 3 small apartments recently renovated, each completely furnished with its own bathroom, kitchen unit and high speed Internet connection. Two shared lounges with a table and chairs and sofas are available to the tenants in the studios. Common areas are cleaned once a week. There are excellent tram and bus connections, and the house (located in 1000 Brussels) is a short 7 minutes walk to Schuman metro station and the EU Commission (via Square Ambiorix that is 100 meters away), or alternatively to Madou metro station. This quiet residential area (one way street) is well known for its safety and its closeness to the European district and the city centre. Parking is generally not a problem during the day.
