A newly renovated flat, designed to fully meet the accommodation and needs of the Erasmus students and employees in Athens. The apartment consists of two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. Each bedroom has access to a shared balcony. The apartment: Renovated (in September of 2023), spacious apartment (60sq meters) based on the 4th floor of a block of apartments at a main street of Athens city. Fully furnished (full set of bed sheets / covers and bath towels provided) and equipped with a refrigerator, an electric cuisine, a washing machine, an ironing set and a vacuum cleaner. The kitchen also includes full set of dishes, cooking utensils and all necessary kitchen appliances. Each room has its own air conditioning unit, a closet, a study desk and a TV. The apartment has a safety main entrance door. Also, pharmacies, medical centers and private doctors are within walking distance. Internet/entertainment: Very fast internet connection with access to all rooms. The apartment has 2 TVs (one in each bedroom). Location: In Athens center, at Aristotelous street, in walking distance from AUEB University, Patision street and Victoria Train Station. Access to the market and social life: Easy access to all means of public transportation and many coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and convenient stores (just one minute away from the house). In addition, a flea market takes place every Wednesday morning, just 80 meters from the apartment, where you can buy fresh, healthy food directly from the Greek producers. Requirements for contracting: A student/ employee photo ID and current address is required. Ideal for: Students or employees willing to share a fully equipped, fully furnished, and quite apartment, with privacy.
