Let yourself be enchanted by the typical atmosphere of the railing houses and the colourful prints on the walls of this bright apartment located about ten minutes walk from the historic center of Como. One of the most delicious pastry shops on Lake Como "Gelateria Pasticceria Luisita" is located right below the house. Let yourself be tempted by the scents of fresh pastries and savour Italian desserts with a good coffee. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The minimalist design characterises the bedroom and the large living room with a double sofa bed. The kitchen, small but functional, is equipped with everything you may need during your stay. The apartment is completed by a spacious bathroom decorated with coloured tiles and a shower. The location is excellent for visiting Como and the nearby tourist destinations and also for traveling by train thanks to the proximity of the Como Borghi station about 400 meters away and the Como Nord Lago station about 800 meters away. The security deposit and the administration fee, for the initial and final cleaning, must be paid to the landlord at the latest two weeks before the move-in date. The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the impossibility of entering the flat. This is because the accommodation provider is a company according to their rules and the Italian law regulations to prepare the contract. Uniplaces guarantees that this is a trusted Landlord. RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting your local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week before the check-in. If you fail to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will apply. Internet wi-fi, bills, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price. The rent includes all bills based on normal usage and they are set based on the size of the flat. If you exceed with gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental agreement). If you wish to leave the flat earlier just let us know at least 21 days in advance. Check-in hours: every day from 3pm to 9pm Check-out hours: at 11am. EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your booking is confirmed we will contact you to request the following payments: the security deposit, amounting to one month's rent plus the cleaning fee (cost starting from 175 euros).

Cancelación previa al check-in

60 o más días antes de la fecha de entrada: reembolso del 100% de nuestra comisión, el primer pago mensual se envía al propietario
Entre el 59º y el 30º día antes de la fecha de entrada: reembolso del 50% de nuestra tarifa. La primera mensualidad se envía al propietario.
Entre el día 29 y el día anterior a la fecha de entrada: no hay reembolso. La primera mensualidad se envía al propietario.

Cancelación posterior al check-in

La transferencia al propietario de la primera mensualidad se produce sólo 48 horas después de la fecha de check-in, lo que le da tiempo para verificar que el anuncio se ajusta a la verdad.
Si la habitación no se ajusta a lo anunciado, le devolveremos el 100% de la primera mensualidad.
