The furnishings include a large wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop and all necessary utensils, two tables and two chairs, as well as two single beds or a double bed, depending on the tenants' preference. Among the provided appliances are a microwave, a conventional oven, a washing machine, a drying rack, a refrigerator with freezer, and air conditioning, which can also be used for heating to ensure maximum comfort in every season, even though winters are quite mild.
