Subsequent payments directly to the landlord. - A copy of your passport or ID is required after booking and before check-in. PRICING: - Price is set for a minimum 30-day stay. - Adjusted pricing for stays of 7 or 10 days, inquire for details. - Cleaning fee is a one-time payment of 100. - Other costs include a building fee of €100 per month. DEPOSIT: - €1500 deposit required to ensure proper use of apartment furniture. - Fully refunded at check-out after inspection.
