Welcome to your cozyroom in the heart of Rome, where every inch of this well-appointed 8-square-meter space is designed for comfort and efficiency. The focal point of the single room is a generously sized bed, adorned with inviting linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Adjacent to the bed is a practical desk, providing a dedicated workspace for productivity. The desk is well-placed in front of a large window, which ensures plenty of natural light. The apartment is located in the historical center of Rome, 10min walk from Coliseum. In the nearby every kind of services or shops, like cafeteria, banks, supermarket, restaurants, gym, Hospital, big stores... everything at your fingertips! Excellent connection to public transport service (16 bus lines, 3 underground stops A, C, taxies, etc.). Other things to note: For the first week we provide you with bed linen and towels, after which you will have to buy them for yourself or can have ours for 150€. Administration fee 200€ only one time at check in. Final cleaning =50€ to pay on the spot. Extra charge for late check-in (after 22:00)=30€. Extra charge for guest in your room = 25€/d Extra charge for cleaning service (manadatory) = 50€/m Monthly payments are counted from the first day of the month, regardless of the date of booking.
