PRICING - Prices are set for a minimum stay of 30 days. If you wish to rent for a shorter period, please inquire about the adjusted price. It will be about € 80/100 per day - For bookings of several months, you can terminate the contract earlier with at least 1 month's notice. A shorter notice period will result in deposit retention. - the washing machine mentioned in the advertisement is shared and located at the floor upstair. The user will pay € 5 for each standard use (30mn) PAYMENT - Initial payment for the first month's rent is made via HA.
