I am sadly leaving a cozy room in a friendly and international WG and looking for a new tenant to rent it from July, in the location couldn’t be better! Third Bezirk is super quiet and remote, but still has shops around and is very close to public transport, so you get the best of both worlds. Looking only for students, as that's the requirement of the landlord! The room I’m renting out has a single bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, a desk with chair and a lamp. It's very clean, with white walls and a lovely parquet floor, making it really cozy and bright thanks to a big window that lets in loads of natural light. The apartment itself has 2 bathrooms with showers, so no morning rush, and it’s got all the necessary furniture. We have a big kitchen that's fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridges, and an electric stove. There’s even a new wooden table that's perfect for hosting nice dinners with friends! It is important to know that WiFi, water and electricity are included in the rental price of 460 euros. So there are no additional costs. The equipment is new and the apartment was renovated 2 years ago. We are also alone on our floor so we never had any problems with neighbors.
