Hello, We are looking for someone who would like to rent this beautiful room in a shared apartment from now onwards. The apartment is on the ground floor and located in Breitegasse in one of the best locations of Vienna, right behind the famous MuseumsQuartier. The shopping street Mariahilferstraße is just a 3 minutes walk away and you will reach the city center in within a 10 minutes walk. There are several public transport stops just around the corner (U3/U2 Volkstheater, tram Nr. 46, 49, bus 48A, 13A)The room is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. The apartement has 4 bedrooms in total, a shared and equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a seperate toilet. The room is available from nowonwards. The contract is for 3 years, but can be cancelled by the tenant after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice at the end of February, August or September. The rent is EUR 650,- per month plus an additional 60€ for utilities The security deposit is 2 months rent.
