It is also situated between the Garden of Arca dgua, the Amial and Outeiro area, easily accessible by metro and bus. The student accommodation offers several types of rooms, all of them with a kitchen and bathroom. Prices include all expenses, unlimited access to common areas, and fortnightly cleaning of your room. You can separately hire the cleaning service for fortnightly changes of bed and bath linens or the parking service for both cars or motorcycles. Please notice the cancellation policy: The full amount will be refunded if: 1. Non-admission to the university education establishment to which you applied, provided proof is sent within a maximum period of 7 days after communication 2. Failure to obtain a visa to enter Portugal, as long as the proof is sent within a maximum period of 7 days after the communication 3. For a particularly serious reason, unforeseeable and beyond its control, provided that communication be made at least 20 days in advance of the due date of the following month and to submit a document issued by the educational establishment that proves the withdrawal.
