Utilities are €350 per month for water, heating/air conditioning, electricity, gas, cleaning, Wi-Fi, garbage collection, and condominium fees. The price includes use of the washing machine and dryer once a week, but only in the presence of the owner, and air conditioning during the summer months for a maximum of 2 hours per day. In the Navigli area, you can find all the services you need. You will be 5 minutes from NABA, IULM, Bocconi, and Domus Academy. The house has a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a walk-in closet inside the master bedroom shared with the landlady, a kitchen, and a living room with a double sofa bed for the landlady. The hostess is 60 years old. The kitchen table can be used for studying or working with a laptop except during meals. Eating in the bedroom is not allowed.

Cancelación previa al check-in

60 o más días antes de la fecha de entrada: reembolso del 100% de nuestra comisión, el primer pago mensual se envía al propietario
Entre el 59º y el 30º día antes de la fecha de entrada: reembolso del 50% de nuestra tarifa. La primera mensualidad se envía al propietario.
Entre el día 29 y el día anterior a la fecha de entrada: no hay reembolso. La primera mensualidad se envía al propietario.

Cancelación posterior al check-in

La transferencia al propietario de la primera mensualidad se produce sólo 48 horas después de la fecha de check-in, lo que le da tiempo para verificar que el anuncio se ajusta a la verdad.
Si la habitación no se ajusta a lo anunciado, le devolveremos el 100% de la primera mensualidad.
