Flat on the first floor, in a building with lift and concierge service; consisting of large entrance hall with kitchen with induction hob; 3 single rooms of which bedroom 2 with private balcony and the other 2 very large and bright rooms; full bathroom with shower; gas water heater for domestic water; central heating. Please note that these rooms are only available for people not resident in Rome of maximum 35 years old. The admin fee is intended per person. The security deposit and the admin fee have to be paid by bank transfer 48h after the booking confirmation. This is because the accommodation provider is a company according to their rules and the Italian law regulations to prepare the contract. Uniplaces guarantees that this is a trusted Landlord. In order to sign the contract, the guest needs the following documentation: Italian tax code Proof of the university enrolment or work contract Residence Permit The last month rent must be paid at the check-in and it's non refundable. The deposit will be refunded within 15 days after check out in case there are no damages and if you leave on the agreed move-out date. The check-in is allowed Monday to Saturday from 10am until 8pm. The check-in is not allowed out of these times nor on Sundays.

Cancelación previa al check-in

60 o más días antes de la fecha de entrada: reembolso del 100% de nuestra comisión, el primer pago mensual se envía al propietario
Entre el 59º y el 30º día antes de la fecha de entrada: reembolso del 50% de nuestra tarifa. La primera mensualidad se envía al propietario.
Entre el día 29 y el día anterior a la fecha de entrada: no hay reembolso. La primera mensualidad se envía al propietario.

Cancelación posterior al check-in

La transferencia al propietario de la primera mensualidad se produce sólo 48 horas después de la fecha de check-in, lo que le da tiempo para verificar que el anuncio se ajusta a la verdad.
Si la habitación no se ajusta a lo anunciado, le devolveremos el 100% de la primera mensualidad.
