This stunning Residence is located between Amagerfælled and the vibrant life on Amagerbro, right next to the IT University and the University of Copenhagen's South Campus. Being able to live close to both city life and nature is rare in Copenhagen - and it provides countless opportunities to spend time with friends - both from your studies and from the Residence community. All Studios are designed as your private space. You'll be able to relax, study or have friends over in a more private setting. Every studio is designed with comfort and practicality in mind. Residents will also live across 19 shared kitchens. The shared kitchens are designed with co-living in mind. Whether you want to cook together and have friends over for dinner, host a movie night, or get drinks and play a board game – it all happens right there.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
