All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates.

This studio apartment is located in the beautiful Prenzlauer Berg, just by the Schönhauser Allee. Only 5 walking minutes away from the S and U Bahn station Schönhauser Allee. The area is very well known and has a good reputation :) There are numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, cinema and many more
There is a separate bathroom with a shower and a window (+ waschingmachine), kitchen with a dishwasher, all the utensils and enough place for a table and a big living room/bedroom. It has a double bed and an even bigger closet to store everything you need.
The apartment is located in the side wing which makes it very quiet. The original wooden floor ties it all together perfectly

The monthly rent is all-inclusive (rent, heating, water, internet, and GEZ TV license fee).
Move-in dates are available on the 1st or 16th of each month, though flexible arrangements can be discussed. A service fee of €100 and a deposit of €950 are required prior to moving in.

Multiple bus stops outside the door taking you everywhere in the city. You can not find a more central area of Berlin.
