The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and an office-type kitchen furnished with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator and freezer, as well as all the kitchen utensils ready to move in. The apartment offers wonderful light. It is distributed in bathroom, kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms.
It is fully equipped and furnished, you do not need an NMC to live in this apartment, utilities are included in the monthly rental price, including parking space.
The neighborhood is full of life with friendly and quiet people.
Close to public transport stops, supermarkets and restaurants.
This is a well illuminated, cozy and furnished apartment with one room. Available July 1-August 30. Located in a very nice neighborhood of Madrid, close to Manzanares River and Casa de Campo, to parks and to sport facilities. It's a twelve minutes walk to Principe Pío metro station, in direct line to Complutense University. There are also four buses connecting directly to different downtown spots (Plaza Mayor, La Latina, Atocha, Plaza de España) in 15-25 minutes. Puerta del Sol (the very center of Madrid) is only a 30 minutes walk (a bit uphill, but nice walk). The apartment is not new but we care very much about it and the neighbours are quite people so we are in search of a quite, responsable person. There are plants, and we would appreciate them to survive the Summer. The apartment has a queen size bed so a couple can stay (utility costs are calculated for a single visitor, though). We prefer no t to publish photos due to privacy concerns but we can show more pics to pre-selected people.
