Hey there everyone!
My roommates and I are looking for a new roommate in our apartment. Rent is 590 Euros all inclusive and we require a one time deposit which is 590 Euros. We need someone to take over the room until Robin moves in.
So much for the technicalities, a little bit about us so you know what you would be getting into:
Rik, Robin and I (24, 23, and 26) are students in Rotterdam. We are definetely planning to stay in the apartment for a longer period of time and it would be nice if same goes for you, but it is not a must.
However, we love music, producing , guitar, piano and everythings that comes with it. I sing a bit too but I am no Frank Sinatra, more like Travis Scoot (if you don't know he's sick but can't sing for shit). We love to go out and party, cook and go out and experience everything that Rotterdam has to offer. He speaks Dutch, I am trying. It's not going great. But I do speak German, Russian and Spanish, so your cultural background could not be less important.
Overall I would describe ourselves as humorous, spontaneous, tolerant, goal-directed, sociable and uncomplicated. You can talk to us about Philosophy and God and the world, but we will also destroy you in pretty much every drinking game there is.
We love to cook and we mainly listen to Hip-Hop (Kendrick, Denzel, Joey, Ski Mask etc.) and Techno, but we are open to everything but folk and Vanilla Ice.
Moreover, we love pretty much every kind of sports, maintain the apartment (/common rooms) clean and work next to our studies. We have all been living on our own/with other roommates for a couple of years and it would be great if same goes for you, since we would prefer someone who has experience in living with others.

The registration is allowed for 3 people only for now although the house is spacious enough to host 4-5 people.
The House:
Situated in the beautiful and architectural landmark "Le Medi" that's centrally located in the heart of Rotterdam and Delfshaven.
If you want a high quality living for yourself and your family; there is no place better than "Le Medi" in all over Rotterdam.

* 5-10 minutes to find yourself in the beautiful historical city of Rotterdam and Delfshaven.
* 10 minutes to Euromast.
* 15 minutes to Blaak & Beurs.
* 5 minutes walk to DAKPark and Rotterdam Bishops.
* Direct & Quick access to the highway without getting stuck in any city traffic.
* Supermarkets, Bazaar, Trams, Metros are a 2 minutes walking distance.
* Near to some of the best schools in Rotterdam.
* Amazing vibrant community living in Le Medi that is safe and pleasant for both children and adults.
The house contains:
Ground floor:
- Access to Le Medi main square and the fountain.
- 1 room: currently as an office (can be converted to a bedroom).
- 1 room: currently as Gaming/Cinema/Gym room with a large smart TV and a Gym (can be converted to become a large bedroom)
- Toilet
- Big Storage room for groceries with extra Fridge + Deep Freezer + Washing machine + Dryer.
- Access to the private parking.
First floor:
- Large Modern living room with a large smart TV and high class furniture.
- A big terras/garden with garden furniture.
- Fully functional modern kitchen with induction cooker and 2 ovens + microwave + large Fridge
Second floor:
- 3 bedrooms (currently designed as: 1 master bedroom + 1 children room with 2 single beds/desk + 1 empty room but can have a bed and small closet)
- modern complete bathroom.
- Heating system in an independent room.
The house can be rented fully Furnished (as the pictures) for an extra 500€ per month, or Unfurnished for the advertised price.
Rent price is excluding utilities and service charges.
Tenants are required to provide valid ID and residence permit (if foreigners) + valid source of income.

The house has been completely renovated and is equipped with progressive technologies, such as ultra-efficient underfloor heating . The house is also equipped with solar panels.
The house is located in the center of the lively shopping area of Boulevard Zuid. For daily shopping, Albert-Heijn, Dirk and Kruidvat are just around the corner, supplemented by a nice mix of shops and restaurants in the street. The connection to public transport is very good.

Super market AH and Turkish shop are just in the street corner, if you like sport, various club are availble in the neighbour, but nothing is better than jogging in the Kralingen lake which is across the street.
The room is around 20m2 , fully furnished, you will share kitchen, spacious bathroom, a seperate toilet with other two internationals. No common living room.
