Studio apartment of approximately 20m2 with private kitchenette and kitchen located in the heart of the Parma university campus furnished in a functional and modern way; equipped with centralized air conditioning system (hot/cold), LED TV, WiFi internet connection, there is also a landline telephone with unlimited national calls to landlines and mobiles.
The structure, thanks to its location and modern and welcoming design, is able to satisfy both the needs of students for medium-long stays who want a quiet and hospitable environment easily reachable from the motorway by car or a few steps from the lines to and from towards the center of Parma.
The monthly fee includes: utilities, gym, study rooms, relaxation rooms, Wi-Fi connection throughout the campus, large green area, copy shop always available, video room and internet point. Casa in Contrada è un appartamento di 70mq di un palazzo del 1400, in un quartiere storico di Siena, con un vincolo storico-paesaggistico del 1926. Da via Salicotto esso risulta al piano terra, ma la casa affaccia al terzo piano su via Porta Giustizia, dalla quale è possibile ammirare l'Orto dei Pecci ed il Terzo di Città con la chiesa di Sant'Agata.
Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie.
Appartement situé en dernier étage, 4eme sans ascenseur, d'un bel immeuble ancien de la vieille ville de Sienne. A 5' à pied de la Piazza del Campo. Vues très dégagées grâce aux grandes baies vitrées. Séjour offrant un beau volume, chambre de 15m2 (HsP limitée à 1M40), rangements, coin cuisine (HsP limitée aussi), espace de rangements et salle de douche/wc avec lucarne. Loué meublé/équipé. internet et climatisation.

The apartment consists of a well equipped and large kitchen, a very well lighted bedroom with a single bed and a king size bed and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is located in the center of the town and is very close to any kind of shops, supermarkets, bars , restaurants and bus stop. It is perfect for a couple of students, or also for a student who wants to live on his/her own and have comfortable rooms. In the monthly rate electricity, WiFi, water and condominium are included. Gas or heating is not included.
