Die Wohnung wurde stilgemäß im schlichten weiß eingerichtet und bietet von voll ausgestatteten Einbauküche, begehbaren Kleiderschrank, Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine über ein modernes Bad mit getrennten WC alles für ein sowohl privates als auch gesellschaftliches WG-Leben. Zur Technik: Die gesamte Wohnung verfügt über mittels Raumthermostat steuerbare Fußbodenheizung und Klimageräte mit Wifi-Steuerung. Die Wohnungseingangstüre wurde mit einem elektronischen Türschloss ausgestattet welches eine Tür-Öffnung und Verriegelung mittels Smartphone ermöglicht.
