In the cool living room – dining area you will enjoy sitting on the comfortable modern sofa and at the table by the window. The bedroom with the double bed has been lovingly put together to create a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has been fully renovated & refurbished. All outdoor spaces are communal and are to be enjoyed by all guests. THE DECORATION In this apartment, you will love the blend of modern minimal décor and antique furniture, like the fantastic, restored wardrobe. The eclectic antique chandeliers of the house have been restored with sensitivity. Walk barefoot on the wooden floors or the tiled floor of the veranda and enjoy a glass of wine under the stars. THE LOCATION Choose to stay on the foot of the Acropolis hill in one of the architectural gems of the neighborhood, once home to a renowned bourgeois family. You are at the heart of Athens: just below the National Observatory, 2 minutes away from Thiseio tube station, and a 7-minute walk to Kerameikos tube station, just by Apostolou Pavlou pedestrian path. Please contact us in writing form (we may have a great idea too). - Quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:.30 and from 22:00 to 07.30 every day of the year (state law). - Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the (hidden), even close to an open window. You may smoke only by going outside of the apartment, on your private or shared terrace. - Security deposit for the high season May - October is 1000 euros.
