Our fantastic apartment sleeps 3 people and is rented monthly.The distribution of the apartment is as follows: the master bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed, a complete bathroom with a shower, a perfectly equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with a Smart TV.So that you can enjoy your stay as if you were in your own home we have: washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc...You won't lack WIFI, air conditioning and heating either!It is a very quiet home and we will appreciate your good behavior and respect for the rest of the neighbors. The quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (Failure to comply with this rule will result in non-return of the deposit.)*Minimum age 30 years. Not students.*Important: This accommodation is rented monthly under the following conditions:- Intermediate cleaning may be required for reservations of more than 2 months.*The guest will receive a link where they must pay the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).Also in the same link, you will have to register each guest, add their personal information and sign the contract prior to arrival.*Late check-in has an additional cost of €35 from 8pm to 10pm or €50 from 10pm to midnight.Notice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only.
