This three-roomed apartment, furnished with taste and flair, welcomes you into its living room, furnished with a sofa and a TV for films in company and relaxing reading while admiring the view from the window. The kitchen is complete and equipped with electrical appliances and everything you need, inserted in the dining room with a table for 4 and a beautiful fireplace (only ornamental). From here and from the living room there is access to the balcony, furnished with a small table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful landscape with your morning coffee or a glass of local wine for an aperitif.There are two bedrooms, both double and with wardrobes for storage, one with a view of the lake, the other with a view of the greenery outside and with a desk for studying and working.A bathroom with shower completes the flat.A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit.
