This cozy Upper West Side studio apartment has everything you could ever need and is in a prime location. Situated near the northwest corner of Central Park, you have access to an abundance of greenery amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. The home features a neutral color palette accented with deep greens and decor items from popular brands such as CB2 and West Elm. Natural wood furniture and floor plants bring variety and texture into the space as well. Once inside, you will find a master bedroom with a cozy queen-sized bed combined with a living room that boasts a modern sofa, TV, and stylish glass dining table. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, while the bathroom is newly renovated and stocked with essentials like toilet paper and towels. This studio may be furnished or unfurnished at the time of your move-in date. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. Guests are required to bring these items with them.
