Your perfect Florentine retreat awaits! 🌟 💡 Pricing Information: ✔Included: Utilities for stays up to 30 days, final cleaning, towels, sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees. 💶 ✔Not Included: Tourist tax of €4.00 per person (over the age of 12) per night for the first 7 nights, and utilities (water, electricity, gas) for rentals exceeding 30 days, if they surpass €70.00. 🚰 🔒 Security Deposit: ✔For stays up to 15 days, a security deposit of €300.00 is required via a valid credit card pre-authorization 7 days before check-in. 💳 ✔For stays between 16 and 30 days, guests must pay €1000.00 7 days before check-in. 🏦 Prepaid and/or debit cards are not accepted. Special conditions apply for rentals over 30 days. 📝 🔔The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant 🛎️, one towel and linen change per guest 🧼🛏️, and final cleaning🧹. 🔔Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee 🧽💵.
