Nice and cozy apartment with balcony in the heart of Palermo, between Via Maqueda and Ballarò Market. The apartment, located on the second floor of a building accessible by a staircase, opens onto a corridor that flows into the living area featuring a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and kettle. The living room leads to the sleeping area: a large room with a balcony, a queen-size bed and a closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. At guests' disposal comforts such as wi-fi, washing machine, iron, heating and air conditioning in the living room. *Please note that the monthly price displayed is valid for up to 2 people. For the 3rd and 4th person, an extra fee of 300€ per person, per month applies. Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the city's four historic (hidden).
