As you enter the flat, to the left, you will find the separated kitchen, which is rare now, as most small apartments have an open-concept layout. The kitchen has everything you need to make a nice homecooked French meal and there is even a wine cooler! The second left, you will find the bedroom with a King size bed. Another rare gem is the built-in closets making it more comfortable for your long-term stay. Ensuite, you will find the full bathroom composed of a shower, toilet and sink. Opposite of the bedroom, you will in the spacious living room with a dining area. The living room has a comfortable sofa, arm chair, and cable TV. There is a large sliding-glass door allowing for plenty of natural light to enter. The dining area has a table that can comfortably sit two people. This apartment has everything you need to make your long-stay comfortable; your home away from home.We only accept one-month bookings during the summer months. From January to March, we only accept reservations for a minimum of 6 months.Once the booking is confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the owner the following documents: Copy of passport, proof of address, reason for stay, proof of this reason for stay, a Garantme eligibility certificate.
