It is located in the second staircase facing the courtyard which results in a very calm living environment in the middle of the city. 🚇 Metro station "Nestroyplatz" (red line - U1) is directly in front of the building (literally 3 metres). 🍽️ SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS Within 1-5 walking minutes you find a lot of great restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. 📱Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore offering viewings is not possible. Once the booking on HousingAnywhere is done, we send you the rental contract. Additionally, you will receive a Welcome Guide.
