Oltre ad 1 mese di deposito cauzionale, dovuta una tax entry pari a 500 euro che include i costi di registrazione del contratto, l'assicurazione, l'assistenza h24, la manutenzione ordinaria e la pulizia iniziale della camera. Assistenza tecnica disponibile in caso di guasti 24 ore al giorno.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
