Please note you have three different payment plans: full installment, 3 installments or 6 installments. The minimum stay for this semester up to 31st August is 1 month, after 1st September the minimum stay is until December. To check with the booking agent the quote which may vary per day. The landlord charges together with the first rent the deposit and bedding & service fee once you send a request. The check-in and check-out has to be done only during weekend days.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
