The University of Economics is very close for students, the Pedion A(hidden) Park near the apartment and the pedestrian street of Fokionos Negri are also great options for your morning walks or even workouts - in case you are the active type!
The terrace of the apartment building where I live (15 minute walk) is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, available only for the residents of our apartments. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks.
