Furnished 2-bedroom apartment (108m2) on the fourteenth floor of the Wijnhaeve tower (postal area: 3011 WH) with a breathtaking view over the Maas river and the city of Rotterdam. The Wijnhaeve tower, build in 2009, is situated near the ‘Oude Haven’, the museum harbor in downtown Rotterdam.
Many of Rotterdam’s highlights are within walking distance of the apartment; The public outdoor street market on the Binnenrotte, the city library, the Markthal, RIF010, the Meent shopping area and the ‘Oude Haven’ with its trendy bars and restaurants.

The Wijnhaeve tower consists of 63 apartments, an underground parking garage and lockable storage rooms. There are two private gardens/open areas that are only accessible to residents of the Wijnhaeve complex. The tower has two elevators and two (emergency) staircases.
