Das Objekt befindet sich in ausgezeichneter, belebter und lebendiger Innenstadtlage direkt im Herzen des Stadtteils Hamburg-St. Pauli und liegt in einer direkten Seitenstraße zur legendären Reeperbahn. Bus - und U-Bahnverbindungen sind ca. 80 Meter vom Objekt entfernt, sodass man alle Hochschulen und die Universität in wenigen Monzten erreichen kann. Es gibt viele Supermärkte, Restaurants, Kneipen und Clubs in direkter Nähe zum Apartmenthaus. Hamburg weißt darüber hinaus durch das Autobahn-, Schienen und Fährennetz eine optimale Anbindung nach Skandinavien, weiterer norddeutscher Hansestädte sowie mitteldeutscher Metropolen auf. In 10 Minuten sind der Hamburger Hauptbahnhof und in etwa 35 Minuten der internationale Flughafen Helmut-Schmidt-Airport zu erreichen.
In dem neugebauten Apartmenthaus wurden von dem 1. bis zum 7. Obergeschoss hochwertige und moderne Wohnapartments errichtet. Das Apartment ist barrierefrei zugänglich. Die Etagen sind über ein helles Treppenhaus oder über einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen.
Die neu errichteten Wohneinheiten sind jeweils mit einer Küchenzeile und einem Duschbad ausgestattet. Der Küchen- und Kochbereich verfügt über einen Herd, ein Spülbecken und einen Kühlschrank. Zusätzlich zählt zu der Gemeinschaftsfläche neben der Küche und dem Bad auch jeweils noch ein Abstellraum.
Beide Wohnräume sind möbliert mit einem Bett, einem Schrank, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Sideboard sowie zusätzlichen Ablageflächen. Durch die großen Wohnflächen sind zusätzliche Möbel platzierbar. Die taghellen Wohnräume verfügen jeweils über bodentiefe Fenster mit einem kleinen Balkon zum Austritt. Die Fenster verfügen über Gardinen zur Verdunklung.
Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder der Mieter befinden sich hinter dem Gebäude im Innenhof.
Waschmaschinen zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung sind im Kellergeschoss vorhanden und können gegen zusätzliche Bezahlung genutzt werden. Zusätzlich können Bettwäsche (Kopfkissen, Bettdecke und Bettbezug) sowie Küchen- und Kochutensilien gegen Leihgebühr gebucht werden.
Die Deutschen Rundfunkbegühren müssen vom Mieter selbst beantragt und bezahlt werden.
Einzug und Auszug sind möglich nach Absprache von Montag - Freitag von 8.00 - 19.00 Uhr. Am Wochenende ist ist eine Wohnungsübergabe nur in Ausnahmefällen und noch Absprache möglich.
