Die Wohnung liegt im angesagten Stadtteil Haidhausen, sehr nahe an allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, hat einen netten Balkon zum Innenhof und viele verschiedene Restaurants, Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ich selbst bin Fotograf, viel unterwegs und arbeite für das Bayerische Fernsehen. Ich reise gerne und an freien Tagen bin ich oft bei meiner Familie auf der schwäbischen Alb.
Ich mag fast alle Arten von Musik ( Jazz. Rock Klassik, aber keine deutschen Schlager und Volksmusik).

The 24 square meter bay room is very bright, has a beautiful parquet floor and a pleasant old building room height. The room is furnished like in the photos, i.a. with a 140 cm wide bed, sofa, armchair, wardrobe, etc.
Location
Due to its fantastic location near the Isar floodplain (100 meters away), the Au is one of the most popular residential areas in Munich. The Glockenbachviertel with its countless bars and cafes begins just a bridge over the Isar. In 100 meters you can walk to the Isar, where it is wonderful to sit by the water, especially in summer. Bus lines 52 and 62 stop 50 meters from the house, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery are almost right next to the building. A tram station (300m), underground station (800m) and S-Bahn (1000m) are within walking distance.
All utility costs are included, a deposit is required. A cleaning lady is coming every week for the shared rooms. The rent including all utilitiy costs is 1100 Euro / month. The room is over a dining restaurant (not night Club) and you will hear music/voices from downstairs.

Bei uns wird ab dem 15.11. (eventuell früher) 1 Zimmer frei. Dein schönes Zimmer ist der Teil einer 90 qm großen Wohnung. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC, Wohnküche und Flur.
Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster und einen Parkettboden, sowie einen Balkon. Durch die zwei Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell.
Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und was man sonst zum Leben braucht ausgestattet. Der Waschtrockner ist vorhanden und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden.
Das Zimmer hat 1 großes und ausziehbares Bett (Ikea Hemnes, ausziehbar, 160cmx200cm), einen Kleiderschrank und einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, sowie eine Tischlampe.
Wir haben keinen Putzplan. Wir haben aber eine Putzfrau wer regelmäßig die Wohnung putzt. Die Kosten für die Putzfrau und Putzmittel sind in der Miete inbegriffen.
In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten der Reinigungs- und Putzmittel, Wasch- und Spülmittel, Internet, Strom enthalten. Es fallen somit keine zusätzliche Kosten für dich an.
WG-Leben:
Das WG-Leben stellen wir uns so vor, dass wir gerne zum Essen/Kochen in der Küche treffen können, oder am Abend mal gemütlich zusammensitzen, aber auch auf jeden Rücksicht genommen wird. Das heißt, wenn die Tür zu ist, hat man auch seine Ruhe.
Gerne können wir auch sonst was zusammen unternehmen, wie Sport, Radtouren, Joggen, Biergarten, Feiern usw. - ist aber keine Pflicht.
