In 8 minutes you can reach the well-known Hohenzollernstrasse and in 14 minutes Münchener Freiheit. The Luitpoldpark as a local recreation area is just around the corner. The English Garden is only about a 15-minute walk away.

Ansonsten gibt es sehr nahe einen Rewe Markt, sowie auch sonst alles, was man benötigt für den täglichen Bedarf.
