The apartment is located close the center of Athens in Acharnon str. It is a 8 minute walk fron Victoria station (line:1) and a 10 minute walk from Attiki station (line:1 and 2). It is easily reachable with various means of public transportation (bus, train, electrical bus). Just near AUEB (Athens University of Economy and Business) and 15 minutes walking distance from the Polytechnic University (Architectural Department).
The apartment has two spacious independent bedrooms with wooden floor, a big kitchen, with electric stove, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and all the accessories. A spacious sitting room with a TV, a main study room, a laundry room with washing machine and Iron and two bathrooms.
Starting from the begining of February.

This room is in a share flat but has the benefit that give you the feeling that you leaving alone.. and that because it is in the second floor of the the apartment and it has a private bathroom/toilet inside the room.

There is also a large choice of shops, bars, clubs and restaurants to explore. THE APARTMENT:
A very spacious, airy and sunny family-sized apartment with original wooden floors, newly renovated in December prior to the new Erasmus term. The apartment offers ample communal space with a separate kitchen, living room and very big shared balcony.
Here’s a brief description of the apartment:
- There are four bedrooms available for rent to Erasmus students
- Spare (guest) bedroom available on request for family, friends etc. to stay over. Note that this room is not available for rent.
- Separate kitchen, fully equipped (including coffee machine, microwave, kettle)
- Separate huge living room/dining area. There is also a TV and DVD player
- Two bathrooms (one with shower & WC, one with bathtub &WC). There is also a washing machine
- Huge sunny balcony (50 sqm) spanning the front of the building, with views to the Acropolis. It is equipped with table and chairs and we have installed brand new extendable sunshades so you can sit there even during the heat of the summer. You can even see the acropolis from the balcony especially when it is lit up at night.
- Wireless Wi-Fi
- Central heating with natural gas provided by the building.
- The flat is on the 5thfloor, access via elevator or stairs
THE LOCATION:
Located in the central neighbourhood of Attiki, an old neighbourhood of Athens with a distinct multicultural appeal. This an area that is increasingly attracting students and artists, thanks to its central location and reasonable rents. It is a diverse area with many ethnic restaurants and stores. The apartment makes an excellent base for exploring Athens, by foot or using the excellent underground and bus connections to all areas of interest in Athens. Very close to the local high street offering access to all amenities, plus local cafes, bars and tavernas. Only a couple of stops away from the lively areas of Monastiraki, Plakaand Thissio with their Sunday flea markets, buzzing cafes and bars, trendy eateries and boutiques. The AUEB, the NTUA universities and the historic Exarcheia neighbourhood are only a few minutes walk away.
