Renovated in... in 2016 and 2018. bathroom, kitchen, electricity, walls, alarm sistem, video control in corridor, smoke and heat detectors connected with alarm central, parquet, coloring of doors and more... - washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, water heater, induction cooker...and kitchen with all equipment and accessories. - iron, iron desk, safe, hair dryer, wi-fi - air conditioning is not necessary, because apartment has excellent micro climate, but there is AC too. A lot of light, positive energy and quiet for center of the town. Three bedrooms. This apartment is very comfortable for 3 students, suitable for 5 students, possible for 6 or even more but we do not want that... so 3 people and thats it. - Visiors are welcome when renting long term, 5 months. Contribution is of 15 eur per day. Prices: - The first big room; THIS ROOM with one window one person renting this room, the price for rent is 519 EUR, discounted price is sometimes published. So you may/will benefite! - The second big room; one person renting this room, the price for rent is 529 EUR per month. - The small room; rent is 428 EUR for one person. In case of rent of less than 1 semester: 5 months price is diferent. So called owner booking fee needs to be added in such cases. Avans for costs is: 85€/person/month.
