Just near AUEB (Athens University of Economy and Business) and 15 minutes walking distance from the Polytechnic University (Architectural Department). Five spacious independent bedrooms with wooden floor, a cozy living room, a big and separate kitchen fully equipped, spacious bathroom and a smaller WC. Wireless Wi-Fi, washing machine, A/C and electrical heating panels in all rooms. Accessible with ladder or elevator.
