Our apartment is located in the upper area of Barcelona, it is the most prestigious area of the city, where most of the Barcelonians would love to live. The apartment is an attic with two balconies; it has views to the mountain and also to the city. It is very calm and quiet. The light enters throughout the day in all rooms and in the living room; it is wonderful to be in such an incredible place. With four rooms, three of them double with two beds each and a single room; there is enough space for 7 people. All rooms have large wardrobes and a desk for each person. The two brand-new bathrooms are delightful, well-equipped, with very large showers and large sinks. The living-dining room is very large and is divided into the living area with two large sofas and a large TV. The dining area has a very large table with many chairs for the best breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The fully equipped kitchen is independent of the living room and has a very large entrance. It is well-equipped and it is brand new. There you will have at your disposal the best equipment; it is spacious and very comfortable to cook quietly. The kitchen has a balcony converted into a laundry room. The other balcony that the apartment has you may access from one of the double rooms. Incredibly cozy and modern, always bright, parquet floors, heating throughout the apartment and ceiling fans in all rooms. Free WIFI. On the street where the apartment is located, there are many shops, places to buy products of all kinds. The bus stop is twenty meters away from the door of the building and the subway is a block and a half away. It is the ideal place to spend a season in the city. TERMS: - You will have to pay an estimated bills each month. If you exceed this estimate, you will have to pay the additional cost. If you spend less than estimated, we'll deduct it from next month's bills. - The amount of the deposit and the amount of the early termination will always be the highest monthly payment included during the rented period. -The administrative cost will be 20% of the cost of the highest monthly payment included during the rented period. - Internet is included in the rental price -Sheets and towels are included. - At the beginning of your stay, before entering the accommodation, we will charge you a cleaning fee to clean the apartment on departure. If you leave the apartment in very poor condition upon departure and this cost is insufficient, the difference will be charged. - If you cancel your contract early, you will have to pay an early departure fee equal to the deposit - Rent must be paid between the 1st and 5th of each month - It is an essential condition that they comply with the rules of the neighborhood community, do not make noise at night and do not disturb the neighbors. If you misbehave and we receive complaints from the police or neighbors, we will be forced to expel you from the accommodation.
