The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all the utensils and appliances you will need to cook from your arrival. The sleeping area consists of 2 beautiful and spacious double bedrooms, each one is tastefully decorated. The master bedroom is exterior and has a desk that is perfect for studying or working, and a closet where you can store everything you need. The second bedroom has a small sitting area, closet and a dressing table. Both bedrooms share 1 full bathroom with shower and a toilet. The apartment has air conditioning and heat pump heating, plus wifi. *The neighborhood:* Located in the very quiet university area, in the surroundings you will find all kinds of services and stores such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets. The shopping center L'illa Diagonal is located 9 minutes away by bus. It is located meters away from the faculties of 2 of the most important universities in the city: the University of Barcelona and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. The area is surrounded by green areas such as Pedralbes Palace Gardens and Cervantes Park. The iconic sports center of Barcelona, Camp Nou, is 15 minutes away. The nearest station is a 5 minute walk away, "Zona universitaria" (L3/L9s) and 8 minutes away "Palau Reial" (L3) which also has streetcar stops.
