Property Access:
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. Full access details will be provided after booking confirmation.
Important to Note:
According to Spanish rental laws:
A rental contract must be signed before check-in.
A security deposit and ID copies are required.
Purpose of stay documentation will be requested.
Check-in: From 3 PM (Late check-in after 8 PM, weekends, or holidays incurs a €45 fee).
Check-out: By 11 AM.
Utilities: Bills included up to €150/month. Excess will be deducted from the deposit.
For stays longer than 6 months, the deposit is equivalent to 2 months' rent.
