Very close you get the open kitchen with bar. It is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. It is a comfortable, practical and state-of-the-art kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and a study. The first exterior room very close to the living room is double and bright, with closets to store all your belongings. The second bedroom is also double and with closets and decorated with lots of charm. If you need to work or study you have a study type room with table and chairs so you can concentrate in those moments of long hours of work at home. Finally a complete bathroom with shower complete the house. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. This is one of the favorite areas in Barcelona for its quiet environment and at the same time fully supplied with all services. It also has an interesting gastronomic offer and is surrounded by small squares that are perfect for relaxing and strolling. The Hospital Sant Pau, a jewel of Catalan modernist architecture, is located very close to the apartment.
