RENTAL CONDITIONS: 1) Monthly rent (which includes internet WiFi and the condominium fee); must be given by the 5th of every month: - From October to March € 1000 per month; - From April to July € 1500 per month; - August and September €2000 per month. 2) Security deposit, which will be refunded, and has to be paid just once: €1000; 3) Administrative Cost that has to be paid just once: €1000; it includes: -Italian contract registration fee at the "Revenue Agency" to validate it by law (starting from 87 euros); -Documentation necessary to validate the contract (like OFFICIAL FISCAL CODE); -Weekly cleaning in common areas (living room, kitchen and bathroom); -Waste disposal fee; -Italian TV rate; -Final cleaning of the room; -Inernet wifi; -Assistance.
