The nice room is part of our spacious apartment (150 qm) in an old building, that is listed as a historical monument. We are mixed flatmates = men (26) and women (37) and we speak english in the apartment. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Sorry! The offered room has 32 qm. It is fully furnished. And has just been freshly renovated. A registration is very welcome. It has a bay window and from the window you have a great view of Prenzlauer Allee and the Berlin TV tower. The equipment is: Bed (140 x 200) Desk + chair shelf 2x chairs and a coffee table mirror TV Lamps Carpet Couch curtains WLAN and LAN cable Costs: 1.050,- € (all in and it means that we offer you an all-around carefree package) including: towels, bed linen, heating, water, electricity, internet, sharing video account amazon prime video, GEZ, also basic stuff like garbage bags, tabs for the dishwasher, toiletpaper etc. ...
