I'm renting an apartment situated in the historic center of Bologna in an old building of 1600. It's a basement tavern with many new comforts, washing machine, dryer, wifi, induction kitchen, microwave, dehumidifier, etc., . In the apartment there are two double sofa-beds, 2 desks and 2 open wardrobes, 2 tables. In this apartment the bedrooms are divided by their respective wardrobes and not by walls. Please note that one bed is rented by a male tenant

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
